Coase-Sandor Institute for Law and Economics
The combination of the disciplines of law and economics, a movement born at the University of Chicago Law School, has transformed entire fields of law, including tort, antitrust, property, and corporate law. Building on this tradition, the Coase-Sandor Institute for Law and Economics promotes the understanding and dissemination of the economic approach to law. The institute supports research and learning by students, faculty, and fellows and organizes events and activities in Chicago and beyond. Your support advances the Coase-Sandor Institute’s work to foster research and intellectual exchange that inform policy in areas ranging from health care and education to climate change and conservation.
