Logan Center programs prepare students for a life in the arts by making contemporary artistic practice accessible to every student on campus and central to their experience. Logan Center resources help the next generation of artists realize their ambitions.
- With space, advice, and project funding, the Logan Center supports a range of student-initiated creative art. In addition the Logan Center staff collaborates with students to create events and series that highlight the work of student artists while also expanding opportunities for student audiences.
- The ambitious exhibitions program features student work in the gallery and throughout the building and also offers students hands-on experience as art preparators, exhibition designers, and curators.
- The Arts Pass program encourages art appreciation and patronage by providing UChicago students free or discounted tickets to more than 65 arts organizations across the city and also offering encounters with leading scholars, artists, and arts professionals through exclusive group outings.
- UChicago Careers in Journalism, Arts, and Media helps students launch successful careers by providing essential professional development opportunities such as one-on-one advising, workshops, apprenticeships, internships, fellowships, and treks to meet professionals in relevant fields.
