The Logan Center fosters an artistically and intellectually engaging space for top contemporary practitioners in consultation and collaboration with our faculty, students, and community partners.
- Faculty and students are able to take risks to produce works-in-progress, premiere new works, and experiment with entirely new forms.
- Working with some of Chicago’s most innovative professional companies and artists, the Logan Center supports the development of new artistic work that benefits from working with students and faculty at the University.
- The contemporary exhibitions and performance programs focus on innovative work by both campus and international artists, resulting in a diversity of events including concerts, lectures, performances, readings, screenings, symposia, and workshops.
- The Logan Center programming staff partners with faculty, students, and community partners to catalyze large-scale festivals and ongoing series that bring together on- and off-campus partners while engaging new audiences.
